FULFILLMENT
97.66% of all orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

SHIPMENT
The exact shipping time depends on 1) the shipping method you selected  2) where you are located on the globe and 3) how long customs take to clear the package.

INDICATION
To give you an indication: on average an order will be delivered within two weeks after purchase.

LOST PACKAGES
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the package still hasn’t arrived after 30 days we may ask you to confirm if the shipping address is correct. It also would be a good idea for you to contact your local post office to try locating the lost order. We might ask you to do just that. In case the package is still lost 30 days after shipping we’ll send a replacement order to you.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. It could be the package was delivered at your neighbors or someone else at your address signed off on it. Maybe the package was placed somewhere ‘tactically’ by the post/courier?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The short answer is: no. Because the order was made especially for you we don’t accept any returns. Neither when the tee is too small or too big. We urge you to check the size chart for correct sizing.

SMELLY SHIRTS
The smell is from a vinegar-based solution we spray on the tees prior to printing to help cure the ink. Since we use water based inks, it’s important to have the pretreatment otherwise the ink would fall off really easy. It does wash out in one (or two) washes. You’re also welcome to throw the tee in the dryer (inside out, low cycle or air cycle) with a dryer sheet for a short time to remove most of the smell or just award some breathing time after you unpack your order.

We are very sorry if that’s the case but at this moment we don’t ship to all countries in the world. We start off with the following countries: the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. We also ship to all countries in the European Union: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, United Kingdom, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania,  Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic and Sweden. More countries will follow in the near future.
